I had a humble start like most book bloggers, but I determinedly
made it to 100 posts. Since I missed my blogiversary
(technically in September), I wanted to celebrate (for myself and readers) with
a giveaway at the 100 post mark. I’ve
read some amazing books over the last 100 posts, but below I’ve listed 100
of my favorites. Each image is clickable and
sends you to goodreads. Use that if you have any questions about the age level or content. If you are the winner I will send you any one
book, your choice. Winner will be posted
on Tuesday, October 16th, 2012.
I will notify the winner by twitter and/or email. I am very excited about having the chance to
do this! I just want the chance to share
my favorites with someone else. (Open to US and Canadian residents, please.)
Finally, I wanted to sincerely thank readers of the blog
plus all of the authors, illustrators, book bloggers, librarians,
students, family,
and friends who continue to inspire me
daily to be a reader and a blog writer.

This is such a fun idea! I would choose "Wonder" by R.J. Palacio. I am reading it right now, and I know I'll want it for my future library someday.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic list! Many I've read, and many that I haven't even heard of :) I'll have to bookmark this to came back to next time I have a "what to read next?" moment. Happy 100!
ReplyDeleteOops! Forgot to share my pick. I'd choose The Circus Ship. We had such fun with this book (aren't the illustrations amazing?!), but it was a borrowed copy and we had to let it go.
ReplyDeleteAmy - Wonder is a great book! I think it will be one that many people will want to share for a long time! It's a keeper!
ReplyDeleteMaria - I did enjoy Circus Train! The illustrations are something that readers can spend a lot of time getting into! Good Luck on the Giveaway!
ReplyDeleteGreat list--many I have read, but others, I've not yet gotten to in my TBR. Many are on my favorite shelf, too, like, The Lions of Little Rock. :)
ReplyDeleteThank You Lorna (@notforlunch) :) I was just looking for fun books on a variety of levels that I would enjoy gifting to someone new!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Amy! I will contact Amy via email and send her a new copy of Wonder. I am so happy Amy chose that book as it was one of my favorite reads of 2012.
ReplyDeleteThank You everyone for your participation!
